We stayed at KM2. The communication with the Villa was brilliant from start to finish, before we even arrived. The villa itself was in great condition, big, spacious, clean and very secure. Pool area was brilliant for a big group with an outdoor bbq area and table.Communication with Sam was excellent and he was super flexible throughout our stay. I’d really recommend them for a big group villa holiday.

Villa was in an immaculate condition. Me and 9 friends stayed here, with plenty of room, and all had a great time.Villa was a little far from the main events so bare this in mind when booking but there are local taxi numbers all over the place so getting a lift sorted is super easy.Surrounding area was super quiet too. No problems with any locals at all and we were playing music most of the time.Swimming pool was surprisingly deep and large and the security on the place was fantastic. Multiple locking points and double secured doors. Didn’t feel unsafe for a second .Rooms all air conditioned, every single room, so no issues sleeping at all and the beds are all Queen sized too.Came with a dishwasher and washing machine too so cleaning super easy.Sam, the rep, also super helpful. Helped up with familiarisation of the area and let us book out late after our flight was in the evening rather than morning.

Stayed at Villa Savines for a week, villa was just like the pictures & more! Absolutely stunning villa! Really helpful staff before and after arriving, helped the holiday run smoothly and stress free! They were more than happy to accommodate with transfers which was super helpful. Dealt with Sam for majority of the week and he always replied quickly and was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ibiza Villas 2000 came to our rescue for last minute accommodation. Flora and Sam were fantastic, always keeping us up to date with messages and getting back to us quickly. We were lucky enough to stay at Can Tegui, which is 11/10 beautiful, very well kept and very private. Equipped with everything you might need, we were sad to leave and are already planning on how soon we can go back!

Amazing experience. Villa NievesThe best villa we have rented in Ibiza, and there have been many.Set in the most beautiful grounds with a large swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers and chairs, this villa was perfect for our large group. We were celebrating a 40th birthday so the vast amount of land surrounding the villa was perfect for us not receiving any noise complaints.Our Villa reps Sam and Flora were fabulous. About a week leading up to our stay they contacted us via what’s app and were very accommodating with any needs we had and had great communication with any questions and info on checking in. This was the case through out the whole stay, always on hand with very quick replies and access to anything we needed.Check in process was seamless and they went through all the security the Villa had including two alarms, very easy to set, a key safe so we didn’t have the worry about losing keys when we were out and group members could come back at different times. We accidentally set off alarm at beginning of visit and security arrived at the Villa soon after to check we were not being burgled. This really setting our minds at peace as so many villas do get targeted. No problems there the whole trip.Taxi’s often knew the villa by name when you ring them and sam and Flora also gave us a number of a large taxi company seating 8 per cab to whats app, who were also very good.Villa has air con in every room including communal areas and keeps the villa very cool. 6 double bedrooms in main building and an annex with another 3. Upstairs roof area. BBQ, It really has everything you need.We were very impressed and happy and will definitely be returning here.

We rented 2 x Villas and the experience was perfect.Sam and Emily could not have been any more helpful.Sam checked us into the rooms, showed me around everywhere and was on hand in case of any issues. Sam even helped us organise taxis for the airport homeWe also did a boat trip organised by Emily, herself and then skippers were excellent making the experience perfect.Would definitely recommend and hope to use them again soon

Stayed at Villa Torres hosted by Flora & we had an amazing time! The Villa had 8 bedrooms all air conditioned & 4 en suites. Photos don’t do the Villa justice, it’s much nicer in person. Felt safe with the bars on windows and the alarm system - no chance of break in! Location was perfect, 15 mins walk to bossa strip & close to a motor way meaning it was easy enough to get taxis. Flora was very helpful & the team was very accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

I had a very positive experience with this company. It was my first time renting with them after years of renting in IBZ through various other solutions. Our group rented Can Mestre and the Villa was massive. Incredible views and really spacious. It needs a couple of things to be fixed (washing machine and lights) but everything was extremely fine.Big shout out to Sam, our host, amazing man! We had a couple of problems that needed to be solved and in less than 1h they fixed all of them for us. Customer service throughout is the big plus of this company.Definitely booking again.

Would recomend this villa to anyone, the views were absolutly stunning and a good location from all the shops and bars all at walking distance, the taxi company that was given to us by the company made it easy to get to all the clubs aswell, the villa also felt very secure. sam was very helpful throughout the holiday and made our stay very enjoyable, this is the second time we have used this company for there villas and both times have been spot on. We had a lovely stay in Villa Torres. Perfect location, walking distance to bar/ the big clubs / beach/ restaurants/ supermarket. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. They left a few basics like washing up liquid and toliet roll. Perfect for big groups!

Can Tegui - Beautiful villa, smooth check in and really helpful staff. We stayed with a big group to celebrate a friends 40th and it was the perfect layout to host lots of people. It’s in a beautiful setting and in between Ibiza Town and the west of the island. Would recommend a hiring a car or using the taxi service that the villa hosts recommend as it’s quite remote! Would definitely recommend!

Villa Torres was perfect for the group of 12 for a stag weekend. Ideally located - 20/30 minutes to the beach and main clubs. Great communication throughout, and the team were very accommodating with our check-in / check out requests. Flora was very professional during checkout.

Rented 2 Villas from this company Vincent and Mestre my host was Sam.Both Villas where clean spacious with nice pools and fully stocked with all the things you will need while your there.Experience was excellent he was available for any questions 24/7 showed us all the things we needed to have a comfortable stay.Supermakets, Taxis, Clubs and Restaurants all sorted.Will definitely be using this company going forward for my trips to Ibiza.

We stayed at the villa at Sant Jordi de Salines and it is very well located.It took around 15 minutes to walk to Platja den Bossa.Nevertheless, it is recommanded to have at least 1 car because it's much more conveniant for the groceries or for throwing the trash bags. Actually, there is a good supermarket 4 minutes drive from this villa (trash containters are also there).There is no really dedicated parking so we had to park along the entrance gate.Regarding the villa, we were a group of 11 guys because we were celebrating a bachelor party and we stayed for 3 nights.We had Sam who took care of the checkin and Flora for the checkout - we really appreciated their flexibility in order to adapt to our large group.The villa was very clean so we all felt really confortable.Most of the bedrooms are actually suites with their dedicated bathroom and closet.We just had a minor issue with the cooking tray which didn't work on our last day - we could manage to cook with the oven and the BBQ grill eventually. By the way, the charcoal is not provided.The only thing we missed was a dishwasher because cooking for a large group means you have to deal with a lot of dishes to clean.Well, that was definately a 5-star for our stay 😉

We rented Villa Bella Vista, which is a truly great villa with amazing views down over Sant Jordi de ses Salines. Very quiet up in the hills so perfect for a bit of peace and quiet to enjoy the view from the pool, but also only 20-30mins drive from any of the main tourist areas and/or clubs. Check in and check out were exceptionally smooth by Sam and Flora, both very punctual and helpful as well as exceptionally polite!The villa was perfect for us having a friends group holiday and the admin beforehand as well as the week itself was super smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

Villa Can Vincent was perfect for our stay in Ibiza, we were a group of 14 out for a friends wedding.Although the decor inside the villa is a little dated, it’s really big and spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable with great air conditioning in the rooms.The pool and surrounding area offered loads of space to relax with more than enough sun loungers.Communication before and during our stay was great and Marc was very helpful providing recommendations and taxi numbers.The villa seems quite remote (although you are only a 20 minute walk from San Antonio) so I would definitely recommend hiring a car, even just for supermarket trips!Would highly recommend Villa Can Vincent and would definitely stay again, honestly can’t fault any part of our stay!

We visited Ibiza for my best friend's BACH and we rented a villa from Ibiza Villas 2000 for 7 days. The villa was perfect for our group of 9. Check-in went smoothly with the help of Marc and the villa was conveniently located 5 minutes from Ibiza Airport. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a total of 6 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and lounge area is very spacious and a great add-on to the villa! We spent a lot of our time enjoying the pool. Our host Marc was very kind and helpful and we would definitely recommend this villa to everyone visiting Ibiza!

I have used Ibiza Villas 2000 twice now. In July 2019 I stayed in Villa Torres on a Stag weekend and we have just returned from Villa Can Reiet (Miguel) where I travelled with 4 families.Both villas were an ideal set up for these differing parties and were clean, well kept and offered everything we needed.The staff at Ibiza Villas 2000 are very helpful, especially during the Covid lockdown periods where our Villa Can Reiet booking was postponed. The team showed great flexibility in what must have been a difficult period. The offered regular communication of the situation in Ibiza and were always available on the phone to answer questions.Tom, Debbie and Anna have all been so helpful throughout the trip and I would not hesitate to use them again.I find their pricing competitive and good value for money. The properties are honestly presented on the website and all in all I had a great experience on both trips.

Best decision we ever made!We recently booked this Villa as our home base for the 10 days we spent in Ibiza for a wedding based off of the photos provided but most importantly the conversation with Jacs we had on the phone. We had heard a lot of bad stories about being "cat-fished" with great deals in Ibiza and she was able to answer all our worries with such confidence and ease we booked immediately.Nothing could have prepared us for our amazing villa for the10 days we stayed in Ibiza. It exceeded our expectations in every way. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the pool and BBQ area easily fit 5 adults and 2 children. With more space for those that couldn't make it back to their massively over priced accommodation due to some amazing parties we threw. And still more space. We had 7 cars comfortably parked at one point on the premises again with more space than we could have used.And the views. Day time or night time the views from the property were amazing. Sun all day that wasn't blocked by buildings or too noisy like it is in the hotels.The drive into San Antonio took less than 10 minutes in our car. A taxi less than €10. I personally had more free time than the bride and groom and was able to see most major points of the island with 30 minutes of driving to any destination from the Villa. Things I wouldn't have been able to do as easily if we didn't have the space for all the vehicles.The price and location were well worth the decision by themselves. But we had a giant cherry on top of the proverbial cake.Jacs and her team were unbeatable.As soon as we arrived everything went smoothly. Jacs had her amazing experience at our service. From her knowledge of The Island, both family friendly and for adults were second to none. As the best man she was even able to get someone to drive to the Villa and steam iron the Bride's and bridesmaids dresses within hours of me asking her for help. Something that was well and truly above and beyond. Something you rarely experience in customer service anymore. We felt so at ease with her and the way she solved every problem we had as first timers to Ibiza.It made everything that level of special we could never thank her and the team enough for.The wedding was amazing, the weather so beautiful and this was all enhanced by our choice to stay with Jacs and her team in this perfect location.So whether you're a group of people looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind and or party, or family looking to enjoy Ibiza. This Villa is worth every penny. And as a salesman for 16 years this deal felt like a steal. It cost us less and gave so much more compared to nearly 6 months of research before we made our decision and all this staying only 10 minutes away from San Antonio city centre.Thanks heaps Jacs. We will 100% make you our first point of contact for any accommodation we need in Ibzia again.

Absolutely amazing and trustworthy company!! Thirteen of us stayed in Villa Bruno, originally we were meant to be staying in villa Alberto. Unfortunately, the owner had sold the villa 3 weeks before we were meant to be arriving. At first we were quite skeptical and disappointed but realised it was not the company fault as it is down to the owner for breaking the contract. The villa kindly offered us "mixed drinks" which turned out to be a fridge full of alcohol... so we were very impressed when we arrived. As well as this, they granted us an earlier check-in and a late check out as a way to compensate our situation. The communication was excellent with the staff, especially Jacs who saw to it that anything we needed was acknowledged and resolved. The only bad thing I can say about this villa is that the pictures need to be updated on the website! It is so beautiful and the pictures do not do it any justice. Also it is a nightmare getting taxis in San Joesph and other villa areas that aren't in the towns. So just keep that in mind if you're going with a big group, we went with radio taxi's but they were really rude and hung up on us a lot because we had to keep asking where they were or to send more taxis. Overall, we had the best holiday and we will be booking with Ibiza villas 2000 next time we return to the magical land of Ibiza.

Excellent from start to finish. All of my questions from prior to booking, to payment times all the way through to transfers and arrival were answered promptly and effectively.The pre arrival shopping option is a great idea and saved us looking around for a shop at 9pm when we arrived! Location was good, 10 minute walk from bars and beach. The villa, although quite basic, was extremely clean and well kept and perfect for what we were looking for with the added bonus of extra security measures for when we were out.Transfers were on time, friendly and in luxury Mercedes mini buses! Jacs was excellent and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I had a couple of questions regarding location, taxis and safes all of which were answered within minutes of asking. She even dropped off charcoal for the BBQ when I couldn’t find any on the shops.All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better service and location for our holiday and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Hi we have just returned (August 2018) from a fab holiday in Ibiza with Ibiza Villas 2000. Ibiza Villas 2000 facilitated this holiday for myself and my 4 children along with my sister’s family and my mother at the last minute after we had been the unfortunate victim of fraud. This company not only went the extra mile to put the smiles back on our children’s faces they have, without doubt, restored our faith in humanity so it is my pleasure to forward this review. We stayed at Villa Maria, Villa San Vincente and Villa Nieves and WOW they were all outstanding in every way! I have not seen Villas like this since I lived in Los Angeles. I cannot thank the Team at Ibiza Villas 2000 enough!! They are all FANTASTIC!!! Despite falling victim to a holiday scam which resulted in me and my family (10 people including 6 children and my elderly mother) with no accommodation 1 week prior to flying out to Ibiza; they were the ONLY ones who genuinely seemed to care and bent over backwards to help us. They arranged for us to stay in 3 different villas over the two week period, at extremely short notice in peak season, and ensured that we all had the most brilliant holiday. The villas were all amazing and the service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to book through them in the future. Thanks again for everything and for restoring my faith in humanity!!

Our rep Jacs was a star from start to finish , everything was easy from pre travel advice to key collection and Support during the stay. The Villa was excellent, in a great location within easy reach of everything we needed to ensure our holiday was superb and went without a glitch. The Villa pool was excellent , vast outside spaces and the rooms were well equipped. Ibiza Villas 2000 arranged for food and drink to be at the villa on our arrival and could not have been more helpful with advising us on travel arrangements and activities to do. Stayed here for my hen do in May 2018 and well what can I say it was absolutely gorgeous. There were 12 of us there and there was so much room for us, we all loved the villa, the pool and the surroundings. Def recommend getting the shopping and drinks package as it done us for the 3 days. Arrival and departure instructions we great very simple and Jacs and the team were amazing would love to come back with friends or family and will highly recommend and use the company again. If you are looking to book a villa this summer or in the future I would 100% recommend Ibiza Villa 2000! From pre - arrival until check out the service was fantastic! We stayed in villa Tegui pictures on the site do not do it justice, it was the perfect location for a group of friends staying wanting there own space! It was a little further out than we expected but once you get your baring's taxis home were easy! The small cost of the accident damage waver was brilliant (much better option as most companies want large deposits on properties) as it covers you for all the small breakages which you do encounter such as broken glasses etc. Great service from Jacs and Ilse, they were always on call for any of those silly questions! 100% will be booking again with Ibiza Villas 2000

The villa is amazing and was perfect for our hen/birthday weekend for 17 people. The villa is secure and has an alarm so don't be scared by previous posts. There is CCTV and if the alarm goes off, they ring the police straight away. Ibizavillas2000 staff are friendly and polite and very helpful. Any issues they will resolve straight away. It is a bit of a walk to the shop but taxis are cheap and you can be in playa den Bossa or San Antonio quickly by both taxi or bus. The villa is clean spacious and perfect for large parties. Definitely recommended. There are fruit trees in the grounds and would be perfect for large family holidays or large parties.

Stayed in Villa Maria and I have to say it was one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. The views from the villa were spectacular and all of the facilities were second to none. Jacs and the rest of the team at Ibiza Villas 2000 went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and our holiday went as smoothly as possible. Would definitely use again.

I've used Ibiza Villas 2000 twice now and they are the best on the island! Stayed in Villa Marie recently and last year in Villa Paquita, both were unreal. They guys are really friendly, can't do enough for you, really on the ball with check-ins and security, and deposits were always returned lighting quick. I will be using Ibiza Villas 2000 again this summer, and I would imagine quite a bit over the next few years. A+

We rented a villa from this company-cant recommend them highly enough. The pre -holiday service was great as was the service once in Ibiza. The Villa was fantastic and met all our needs. Will use again without hesitation.

We stayed in Villa Daniel which was more than big enough for the amount of people in our group. The location was great close to all amenities. Ibiza 2000 were great sorting things out for us ie taxi's etc to make our weekend go smoothly.

Easy to book and kept in regular contact to arrange additional services such as early check-in and late check-out. Villa was a little dated but exactly what we need for a large group! Great pool area and plenty of living space. Thanks for a great experience.

Great people to deal with and a great spot. The villa is perfect for a group. There were 9 of us but you could have many more without any bother. The pool is ideal to lounge around with friends getting over a heavy night. Highly recommended all round.

Twenty of us stayed at Villa Maria for a stag weekend at the end of May. It was perfect, loads of space inside and out. Beds were comfy and the villa was clean. On the main bus route into town and easy to flag down taxis. Were able to make as much noise as we wanted before heading into San Antonio.Staff at Villa 2000 were really nice and helpful, I'd definitely go back with the lads or with Families.

Ibiza Villas 2000 - Arrival and Departure

Normal check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am unless otherwise arranged with our Operations Team. Our team will contact you at least 2 weeks before arrival to inform you of your check-in procedure at the villa and location of the keys.

The lead client will be required to complete a simple registration form to validate the Villa insurance. We will need to collect the locally charged ECO tax of €2.20 per person per night and will also need to collect everybody’s names and Passport numbers if they have not been entered onto your booking details prior to arrival. This is a legal requirement, the same as when you check into a hotel, so please ensure you have your Passports ready at check-in. We can arrange a transfer to your villa if required and If you are arriving late at night, please make sure you let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for the secure handover of your keys.

It is your responsibility to remove daily rubbish from the premises. In Spain, all rubbish is taken to centralized bins which your villa rep will point out to you at check-in. Many clients do not have a car, therefore, we can offer a Rubbish Collection service for just 75 euros for stays of 1 week or less which your villa rep will collect on arrival at the villa. If you do not wish to use this service, you will be responsible for removing all rubbish and we will require a credit card at check in to pre-authorize 100 euros in the event of any rubbish being left at the premises. This amount will only be taken if any rubbish is left at the villa.

How to check if an Ibiza villa rental company is safe and legal is becoming increasingly important.

Like any popular tourist hotspot, Ibiza attracts all kinds of folk. Mainly, our beautiful island attracts good, honest people, coming over to the island for their precious holiday having grafted and saved to make it happen.

The flip-side of that are the small, but rotten apples that without prior warning, can spoil the whole cart. Scurrilous characters that seek to cash-in on the huge popularity of destinations such as Ibiza, by setting up scam websites, claiming to offer Ibiza villas for rent which in reality, the scammer has no access to. Every year, people are scammed out of their hard-earned savings. Paying deposits for their dream villa rental, only to arrive at their holiday destination and find that in fact, the villa was never booked, their deposit has vanished and they are completely stranded with nowhere to stay. Heartbreaking.

The Accident Damage Waiver (ADW) is a unique product which replaces our security deposit. We’ve been operating the security deposit for the last 17 years and have found that it causes more harm than good. Click learn more to see a few of the reasons why:

Group leaders spend too much time collecting payments from their group towards the security deposit.
Large deposits are often an unwelcome, hefty, extra expense for guests who would rather have the cash to spend on holiday.
When there is a problem and we have to deduct money, this can cause disagreements and bad feelings.
We want everyone to return home happy, sometimes a deduction from the security deposit can spoil your holiday. This is the last thing we want.
Management of the security deposit is huge. Collection, administration and refunding the deposit takes a long time.
