MAIN HOUSE
The house is fully equipped with high quality appliances throughout. There is a Jacuzzi, whirlpool and built in barbecue, as well as integrated speakers in every room. Indoors also features a large elevator to access every floor.
All of the bedrooms are very large and very modern, and minimalist in style – this place screams ‘Ibiza Cool’.
High quality materials such as Corian (kitchen counter and showers) and Hans Grohe (faucets/taps) have been used in the construction. The lighting is top of the range led both inside and outside of the home.
To take advantage of the daylight hours, the house is provided with large windows where one can enjoy the magnificent views of the beach of Talamanca and Dalt Vila, the medieval town of Ibiza.
There is central heating and air conditioning throughout.
OUTDOOR AND LOWER GROUND AREAS
The access doors to the huge basement are operated via remote control, and the garage can easily accommodate two vehicles. Loads of storage space for boys´ toys and/or children´s toys!
For security purposes there is an armored door to enter the house from the lower ground floor level.
The basement has a suite with it´s own bathroom equipped with a large window that receives natural light through the courtyard created for this sole purpose. All these basement living areas are decorated in a minimalist style, but providing sufficient warmth to avoid that ‘lower ground floor’ feeling, and this has been done remarkably well.
Adjacent to this area is a laundry room, together with further storage space.
The outdoor pool area is nicely protected, and surrounded by decking and astro turf, and a barbecue area.
This house could easily be a serious party pad destination, or just as simply switched to a perfect family home. Well built, everything works, and everything looks and feels great, it´s a simple as that.
