Casa Peppe is a wonderful private Ibiza villa with security at the entrance to the exclusive, private estate. It is only ten minutes drive from Ibiza town and Talamanca Beach plus there are amazing views of Ibiza from the upper terraces of this villa.
Situated on the highly sought after Can Furnet urbanisation, this villa is very peaceful and secure. The estate even has its own private tennis club only a short walk from the villa.
The charming village of Jesus with its banks, shops, cafes & restaurants is just a three minute drive away. Access to the whole island is perfect, the popular beaches of Talamanca and S’Estanyol are within a few minutes drive, as is the Roca Lisa golf club. From Casa Peppe it is very easy to reach all the most desirable locations of the island.
This villa is a wonderful choice for guests who want to relax in peaceful, comfortable surroundings within a tranquil, private estate, knowing all you might want from your holiday is never more than a short drive away.
Casa Peppe has been recently renovated to a high standard and is in an exclusive location, therefore it is only available to either families or groups of sensible adults.
Outside there are two large, shaded patio areas. One patio is used as an outside dining area and the other is used as a relaxing area where you can chill out while watching over the pool. The large bamboo bed in the middle of the chill out area is a fantastic lounging space ideal for relaxing away from the intense mid-day sun. The large swimming pool is 10 meters x 4 meters and the garden is stocked with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and palm trees at the front and the back. There is also a modern gas barbecue on the dining terrace and a children’s play area to the side of the villa.
On the top floor of the villa there are three bedrooms, all with wonderful views of Ibiza Town and surrounding woodland. The master double bedroom is really spectacular; a huge room with en-suite shower room and dressing area as well as its own private balcony terrace which has a beautiful Jacuzzi. It’s perfect for relaxing on those hot summer evenings with a glass of cava, while enjoying the views.
Downstairs there are a further two double bedrooms, which face directly on to the swimming pool. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances and the sitting room is light and airy. There is an additional sitting room, meaning there is plenty of space to enjoy throughout the house.
The villa has three bath / shower rooms and four toilets. Two of the bathrooms are on the first floor (one is en-suite in the master bedroom) and one large shower room on the ground floor. Air-conditioning is in all bedrooms and the chill out room.
ADW insurance: Non-refundable charge of 26.00 euros per person or £21.50 GBP (this replaces the refundable security deposit and covers clients for accidental damage at the villa) added to your final balance payment.
Cleaning charges: 3/4 bedroom villas at 236 Euros (£195 ) per stay, 5 and 6 bedroom villas 272 Euros (£225 ) per stay, 7 plus bedroom villas 302 Euros (£250) per stay, added to your final balance.
Eco Tax: Government tourist’s tax, payable in resort 2.20 euros per person per night.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is **4pm** on the day of arrival. Check-out time is **10am** on the day of departure. You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.

Rubbish Collection: We offer a rubbish collection service for 125 euros. If you decide not to use this service, we will need to take this payment as a pre-authorised amount on a credit card as a rubbish deposit: This money is frozen in your account until it is released at the end of your stay.
