It is your responsibility to remove daily rubbish from the premises. In Spain all rubbish is taken to centralised bins which your villa rep will point out to you at check in. Many clients do not have a car therefore we can offer a Rubbish Collection service for just 125 euros for stays of 1 week or less which your villa rep will collect on arrival at the villa. If you do not wish to use this service ,you will be responsible for removing all rubbish and we will require a credit card at check in to preauthorise 125 euros in the event of any rubbish being left at the premises. This amount will only be taken if any rubbish is left at the villa.
