We got very excited when we first went to view Casa Mosan. It was a bright, sunny November morning and as we pulled up to the house we already knew this was going to be a house that our clients would love. Casa Mosan is in a great location, on the edge of a really pretty bit of the Ibizan countryside called Benimussa. It’s not far from the quaint village of San Augustin and only a few minutes’ drive to one of the main through-roads that links San Antonio and San Josep. Casa Mosan has an almost ‘Miami style’ vibe about it, as it is a split level property set against the side of a hill and when we walked through to the pool level floor we weren’t disappointed. Fabulous views across to the sea, an infinity pool and a wonderful indoor / outdoor living space that gives the house a really social feel.
The great thing about the location of Casa Mosan is that you can chill at the villa and enjoy the views while you relax round the pool, but when you want to go out, everything is in really easy reach. San Augustin is a gorgeous little village that really feels like the authentic Ibiza with its whitewashed church, tiny little tobacconist with an adjoining grocery shop and the lovely, rustic Can Berri bar and cafe plus a really lovely restaurant opposite. San Josep, a few minutes further up the road, is a bustling little town with masses of bars and restaurants, two large supermarkets, banks, chemist and some really cool boutiques. Also in really easy reach are the lovely calas of the West Coast – Calas Conte, Bassa, Verdella, Tarida, Codolar, Carbo – you’re literally spoilt for choice for beaches in this area.
This lovely house is going to be a top seller this year, but we’re going to get it off on a roll by offering an Early Booking Discount of 10% for all direct bookings made with 25% deposit paid by 29th February.
