    Whoever is fortunate enough to end up owning this villa will have found themselves a very modern newly renovated 5 bedroom property on the very top slopes of the much sought after Can Furnet Urbanization. Agents admittedly throw the word ‘stunning’ around far too easily in Ibiza to describe views from villas. But in this case there is no better description to use, with views to Formentera looking across Dalt Vila, Ibiza Town below, and even to the Salinas salt flats in the distance. The sunsets send a myriad of orange, yellow and purple flames across the terraces every evening – these views really are ‘stunning’.

    Also, unusually for Can Furnet this villa occupies a totally private corner position with no neighbours, looking out over pine trees and forestry rather than other rooftops. The land in front also cannot be built on as it is protected.

    The owners have put blood, sweat, tears and a lot of love and heartache into renovating this villa. But luckily their paths crossed with a very talented architect that converted this rather quirky building into the dramatic property that is now finally on the market for sale.

    The distinctive and interesting floor distribution is as follows,

The kitchen also has views to Dalt Vila, of course.

    Access to the pool area is from the entrance hall, or via the kitchen, or from the lower floor below, and is for a change large and deep, with outdoor showers, and a further large adjacent chill out area, that can be either tiled, decked, or even covered in artificial grass, depending upon preference, but in any case, with it´s further separate outdoor entrance is perfect for entertaining and for parties.

    – An Internal white tiled staircase takes you from the Lower Ground Floor salon down to the Third Double Bedroom, with a huge walk in dressing room, and equally large en suite bathroom, and again, views to Dalt Vila, plus it´s own private terrace.

    – The internal lift takes you all the way from the Master Suite down through the Ground Floor and to the Fourth Bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and views.

    – Finally there is a further Fifth Bedroom with bathroom which can be used as an ´annex´ for guests or staff, with facilites to include a kitchenette.

    All these three bedrooms also have outside access to the pool area, outdoor shower room and BBQ area.

    The imposing brilliant white terraced walls that rise up around the boundary of the villa (interrupted only by the entrance to the double garage) are topped with landscaped areas that will grow and mature over time, to create the perfect border for this wonderful villa.
