MAIN HOUSE

Set over two floors, within the main house there is a beautiful bright open plan lounge area, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen together with a breakfast bar. The French owners have created a perfect fusion of minimalist style with homely touches, which seems to suit perfectly for those hot summer days as it is light and airy, but also has a cozy feel about it, for those winter ‘duvet’ days.

The lounge features satellite TV, huge comfortable sofas and glass doors opening out onto the terrace. There is integrated air conditioning throughout the house.

In the main house there are 3 large double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two upstairs, including the master suite with it´s own private terrace.

All the bedrooms have their own wonderfully designed en-suite bathrooms and are also fully air conditioned.

CASITAS

There are 2 separate casitas all luxuriously designed :

The first casita has one double bedroom and one single bedroom which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults, with a modern en-suite bathroom.

The second casita consists of 2 large double bedrooms both with modern en-suite bathrooms, and minimal yet stylish interior design.

All rooms have WiFi, satellite TVs, safety deposit boxes, and are separately alarmed.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The villa is reached via a winding camino directly from the main road from San Jose to Cala Tarida, and is close to the much loved restaurant S’Espertar. As the gates open guests pull into a nice open driveway with the main villa to the right, the casitas to the left, and manicured lawns and the pool area directly in front.

There is a fantastic outdoor dining and barbeque area, which overlooks both the pool and chillout areas, as well as the full sized tennis court below. There is also a separate laundry/utility room in between the two casitas and totally independent of the rest of the property.

Due to the 2 separate stand alone casitas, this property is the perfect choice for both families with grown up/teenage children, or groups of friends.

It also currently has the benefit of a Tourist Licence Application Number.
