The second level offers 2 double bedrooms, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV that can be turned into further bedroom if necessary, along with 2 bathrooms, it´s own small kitchen and further terrace.
The third level with direct access straight out to the swimming pool, offers a separate bungalow/casita with a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with WC. Next to the pool, there is bar with an outside kitchen, barbecue and a spacious dining area.
This villa is perfect for groups or large families wishing to have their own space as well as enjoying each other´s company.
OUTSIDE AREAS
The plot is 2700 sqm rolling down the slopes and the owners have done a great job (both inside and out) to create that old school white washed Ibiza hippy chic feel, slap bang in the middle of the meditteranean.
Winding stairs down through the garden, lead you to the large swimming pool and surrounding terraced areas, with a great bar and kitchen area for entertaining, and at each stage or level the views over the forests towards the sea are stunning.
