Upstairs are two more double bedrooms and bathrooms, both looking out to the fore, and with patio doors opening onto the large first floor terrace.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The house is approached via a long private driveway shared with another ‘hidden’ neighbour and the large gardens and relatively flat lands can be seen along the approach with the house stanley proudly to the rear. Once through the electric gates there is easy acces to the entrance to the house, the terraces, outdoor grill, swimming pool and lower ground floor bedroom.
On the land one can also see the stone well, which provides the villa with it´s own private unlimited water source.
Set in a valley, surrounded by nature, and close to Santa Gertrudis, this villa really is suitable either for summer fun or for all year round living.
