Villa Nieves

Villa Nieves is a traditional Ibicencan farmhouse with Mediterranean gardens, a huge private pool and plenty of space for families and friends. The owners live here during winter, giving the property the character of a much-loved island home.

A stone archway leads to the main farmhouse and separate air-conditioned annexe, which has its own shaded terrace overlooking the gardens. The farmhouse is entered through a small walled courtyard with a traditional brick-built barbecue.

Inside, finca doors, thick walls and high ceilings create an authentic atmosphere. A large kitchen-diner opens directly onto the garden, while the spacious open-plan living area stays naturally cool during summer.

The property has nine bedrooms: six in the farmhouse and three in the annexe. However, its official Ibiza tourist licence strictly limits holiday rental occupancy to a maximum of 11 overnight guests. The annexe contains two doubles, one twin and a small bathroom. The farmhouse bedrooms occupy the ground and first floors and include an en-suite double.

Outside, palm trees, flowering shrubs and lawns surround the swimming pool. Sun loungers and shaded tables provide space for relaxing, reading and drinks between swims. A roof terrace overlooks the gardens, pool and surrounding countryside.

San Rafael is around five minutes away by car, with UNVRS and Amnesia also just a few minutes’ drive away. Ibiza Town, Playa d’en Bossa and San Antonio are easily reached, making Villa Nieves an appealing base for combining peaceful countryside days with beaches, village visits and evenings exploring the island’s restaurants and nightlife.
