Villa Savines welcomes guests through a grand, light-filled entrance hall with a sweeping staircase. The fully equipped kitchen-diner features a breakfast bar and flows into a spacious open-plan living room with large sofas, a big-screen TV and doors opening onto the terrace, gardens and private pool.

Exceptionally spacious for an Ibiza villa sleeping eight, the property has nine bedrooms in total. Under its official tourist licence, holiday accommodation is limited to eight overnight guests, with only four en-suite bedrooms prepared for each stay.

Two spacious en-suite bedrooms are downstairs, with two more upstairs, including the master suite overlooking the gardens and featuring a large walk-in wardrobe. All four guest bedrooms are bright, generously proportioned and furnished in a classic contemporary style.

A very large private swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the enclosed grounds. Generous terraces, sun loungers and day beds provide ample room for eight guests to relax. Families and friends have plenty of space to unwind in privacy.

A well-equipped barbecue area and attractive alfresco dining space make outdoor meals easy, from leisurely lunches to relaxed evenings together.

Villa Savines has internal and perimeter alarms. Set on the edge of Puig d’en Valls, it offers supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, while Ibiza Town, Marina Botafoch and Playa d’en Bossa are a short drive away.

Combining the space and facilities of a much larger property with accommodation for just eight guests, Villa Savines offers privacy, generous outdoor living and convenient access to Ibiza’s beaches, restaurants and attractions.
