Villa Tunicu
Villa Can Tunicu
Villa Overview
Can Tunicu is a spacious five-bedroom Ibiza villa combining traditional finca character with a peaceful coastal setting and stunning views across the sea and San Antonio. Recently updated with a beautiful modern kitchen and bathroom, this welcoming property blends authentic charm with contemporary comfort. All five bedrooms have air-conditioning and can be arranged as doubles or twins, providing flexible accommodation for families and groups of friends. The walled grounds offer space to relax and enjoy the hillside surroundings. Beautiful Punta Galera is within walking distance, while San Antonio’s restaurants, bars and nightlife are just a short drive away. It’s an ideal base for combining quiet days at the villa with coastal walks, beach visits and evenings in town. One of our most authentic properties, Can Tunicu attracts repeat guests year after year, thanks to its generous space, traditional character and appealing location close to the sea on Ibiza’s western coast.
As you arrive at Villa Tunicu there is a gated private drive with parking for several cars, and sweeping sea views of Punta Galera down to the San Antonio coastline greet you the moment you arrive. You enter into a traditional finca-style lounge with comfortable seating; the new kitchen has all the modern appliances you’d expect, and beyond it is a dining area with the original farmhouses bread oven.
- Off the lounge — a bedroom with its own adjoining bathroom, plus two further bedrooms, one of them en-suite
- Off the kitchen end — two more bedrooms sharing a modern shower room
The gated pool and terrace share the sea view — lovely, sociable spaces with sun loungers facing the vista, and a shaded dining area with a little outdoor kitchen and a brick-built barbecue.
If you are feeling energetic then San Antonio can be reached in around 30/40 mins walking. Set high on a hill, this very peaceful Ibiza location has been popular with TV crews plus check out the live stream from the villa with DJ Mag and DJ Uner here.
Great for families or smaller groups this Ibiza villa is a fantastic home from home over looking the stunning San Antonio coast.
