Our Story
- Origin
- We started in 2002 with two villas of our own and one simple idea: good villas at fair prices, and be there in person to look after our guests. We never wanted to be a traditional agency listing hundreds of other people's properties. We own or lease our villas on long-term contracts, so we know every one inside out and can confirm a booking straight away.
- Growth
- We grew by word of mouth, repeat guests and owners we've known for years, not by listing every villa we could find. Today the collection covers San Antonio, Ibiza Town, Playa d'en Bossa, San José and San Rafael. We're deliberately selective, and we still turn villas down if they don't offer the quality or value our guests expect.
- Values
- Fair prices, great value and personal service from a permanent local team. Every villa is licensed and our pricing is transparent. We don't disappear once you've booked: we live and work on the island and we're here before, during and after your stay. And when something goes wrong, someone picks up the phone.

How much deposit do you take?
30% secures your dates. The balance is due before you travel.

Do I have to pay a security deposit on arrival?
No. We arrange accidental damage cover instead, so there’s no large sum held against your card while you’re away.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is 10am. Early check-in and late checkout can sometimes be arranged — ask when you enquire.

Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. The Balearic eco tax is 2.20 euros per person per night, payable in resort.

Luke Peppe Founder
Luke founded Ibiza Villas 2000 in 2002 after moving to Ibiza and has spent more than two decades building businesses on the island and in The Netherlands and the UK. Today, the family's Ibiza businesses include Ibiza Villas 2000, IBIPOOL, a pool cleaning and maintenance company with around 300 contracts across the island, and Marian Apart Hotel, a 20-apartment hotel in San Antonio offering one- and two-bedroom apartments. Luke has lived in Ibiza for since 2001 and raised his three children on the island.

Tom Peppe Managing Director
Tom is Luke's eldest son and now runs the family's group of businesses in Ibiza. Having grown up on the island, Tom knows Ibiza intimately. Long before joining the family business, he was resident DJ at Blue Marlin at just 16 and supported Carl Cox at the legendary Space nightclub — now Hï Ibiza — at the age of 18. Today, Tom oversees both Ibiza Villas 2000 and the family's pool maintenance business.

Blanca Trenas Garcia Sales & Marketing
Blanca runs sales and marketing for Ibiza Villas 2000 and is likely to be one of the first people you speak to. From choosing and booking your villa to payments and questions before your holiday, Blanca will guide you through the process. She also manages our website, social media and email marketing. Blanca joined Ibiza Villas 2000 after working for Uber in Madrid.

Sam Vélez Bedoya Guest Experience
Sam is the person most of our guests meet when they arrive in Ibiza. He will be in touch before your arrival, meet you at check-in and remain available throughout your stay if you need anything. If you've read our Google and Trustpilot reviews, you'll probably already recognise his name — Sam gets mentioned a lot. Sam grew up locally, went to school with Tom and knows the island exceptionally well. Whether you have a question about the villa or need some local Ibiza advice, Sam is there to help.

Pablo Palma Maintenance & Operations
Pablo is originally from Ecuador and has been part of Ibiza Villas 2000 since 2004. He oversees villa maintenance and laundry operations and knows our properties inside out. Guests will often see Pablo during their stay, making sure everything is working as it should.

Mitica Dumitru Maintenance
Mitica has been part of the Ibiza Villas 2000 team for four years and works alongside Pablo in our maintenance team. He helps look after our swimming pools and takes care of maintenance issues that arise in the villas — another important part of having our own team here on the island.

Dayse, Iris, Maria, Rosa & Gina Housekeeping
Meet our brilliant housekeeping team. Dayse, Iris, Maria, Rosa and Gina are originally from Ecuador and have worked with Ibiza Villas 2000 for around 20 years. They know our villas better than almost anyone and take enormous pride in keeping them clean, welcoming and in great condition throughout the summer. They're a big part of Ibiza Villas 2000 — and one of the reasons so many of our guests come back.
