Large sliding gates open onto Villa Can Vincent’s private driveway, with plenty of parking. A central hallway connects the living and sleeping areas.

This spacious Ibiza villa offers six twin bedrooms, additional living space and two communal living areas, giving a group of 12 plenty of room to spread out. Under its official tourist licence, holiday rental occupancy is limited to a maximum of 12 overnight guests.

The ground floor has three twin bedrooms, a large modern kitchen-diner and two shower rooms, including one newly fitted. Upstairs are three further twin bedrooms, additional living space, a newly fitted bathroom and another shower room. Patio doors open onto a sunny terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The large private swimming pool enjoys open countryside views towards San Antonio Bay, with ample room for sun loungers. Alongside it, a shaded terrace provides an outdoor dining area and brick-built barbecue, ideal for long lunches, evening drinks and escaping the midday sun.

Despite its peaceful setting, Can Vincent is close to San Antonio’s beaches, bars and nightlife. A 20–30 minute daytime walk through the countryside brings you towards San Antonio Bay, while taxis take just a few minutes.

O Beach, Ibiza Rocks Bar, Arenal Beach, Eden and Es Paradis are within easy reach. The famous Sunset Strip is also nearby, making evenings at Café Mambo or Café del Mar easy to combine with a short taxi ride back to the villa’s privacy, generous space and countryside atmosphere.
