Villa Tegui (Can Teni) is a luxury villa set in 45,000 square metres of land near San Rafael — the middle of the island, with Ibiza Town, Playa d'en Bossa and San Antonio each a 10–15 minute drive. UNVRS, Amnesia and Pikes are within a 10 minute drive. Renovated throughout to a very high standard, it gives families and groups the best of both worlds: a genuinely peaceful rural setting with the whole island in easy reach. It sleeps eight guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms, split between the main house and a modern annex by the pool.
An electric gate opens onto a small private road up to the house, with space for many cars. You enter straight into a large, comfortable modern living room whose patio doors open onto a terrace with a big table for al fresco dining, overlooking the well maintained gardens; the modern kitchen sits just off it. The main house has wifi, satellite TV, an alarm and a modern safe.

Opposite the pool is a brilliant summer kitchen with both a built-in charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue, plus a modern outside shower and toilet. The pool itself is very large with plenty of sun beds, and the huge gardens give children real room to explore and play — the whole plot is enclosed by a large fence, keeping everything safe.
Villa Tegai is 8 minutes drive from the beautiful village of San Rafel, UNVRS and Amnesia. The villa is in the centre of the island with easy access to San Antonio, Santa Getrudis, Ibiza Town and Playa Den Bossa. There are several beautiful beaches within a 15 to 20 minute drive.
