Villa Tom (Can Petit) is a comfortable, modern villa in Sa Carroca, a five-minute drive from Playa d'en Bossa and within easy reach of Ibiza Town — with a bar, supermarket and bus stop all a five-minute walk away. One of our most consistently popular houses, it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and suits groups and families who want a hassle-free base; its first-floor terrace looks across to Dalt Vila and, on a clear day, Formentera.
Inside the villa
Set back from the road behind a large gate with ample parking, the front door opens onto a comfortable living and dining area on one side and a well-equipped kitchen on the other, with a door straight out to the pool.
- Ground floor — a double with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin with a separate bathroom
- First floor — a twin, and the master: a magnificent four-poster bed, a huge walk-in wardrobe, a shower room and a wonderfully quirky circular Jacuzzi bath set by the window overlooking the pool
The pool and outside space
The garden at Villa Tom backs onto open fields — a lovely large pool, a shaded terrace with dining table, and a Balinese-style canopied seating area for when you want out of the sun.
Villa Tom and Villa Daniel can sleep groups of 20 people
The villa is positioned immediately next door to Villa Daniel making it a great option for larger groups who may want to rent two adjoining properties.
