Villa KM2 (Villa Maria) is a large, fully renovated Ibiza villa just two kilometres from Ibiza Town and a five-minute drive from Playa d’en Bossa. The property has six bedrooms, but its official tourist licence limits holiday accommodation to ten overnight guests. Five bedrooms are prepared for each stay: four doubles and one twin. Full air-conditioning and fresh, stylish interiors provide a comfortable setting for your holiday. Outside, the large private pool provides a welcoming setting for sunny days together. A dedicated outdoor kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for leisurely lunches and evening meals. Combining space, privacy and convenience, Villa KM2 is an appealing base near Ibiza Town. An electric gate opens onto plenty of parking; the entrance at the side of the house leads into a stylish hallway. To the left is a large living room with a TV, music system and comfortable sofas, with a well-equipped modern kitchen next door.
