Villa Alexa is a spacious, traditional Ibiza farmhouse just a ten-minute walk from San José village, where bars, cafés, restaurants and independent shops offer plenty to explore. Its peaceful countryside setting combines privacy with convenient access to Playa d’en Bossa, San Antonio and Ibiza’s west-coast beaches.

A long private driveway leads to the main farmhouse and separate annex, arranged around a large shaded terrace. Although the property has seven bedrooms, its official tourist licence permits holiday accommodation in only three bedrooms, with a maximum of six overnight guests. Three air-conditioned bedrooms are prepared and available for each stay.

Across the two buildings, there are five modern shower rooms. The annex also has an upstairs kitchen and dining area, giving families and friends independence alongside the property’s generous communal spaces. This arrangement offers six guests considerably more room than a typical three-bedroom holiday villa.

Outside, the private swimming pool measures 10m by 5m and sits within Mediterranean gardens filled with fruit trees, colourful planting and mature vegetation. Open countryside views provide a restful backdrop, while shaded outdoor dining areas invite leisurely lunches and relaxed evenings together.

Spend your days unwinding beside the pool, discovering nearby beaches or wandering into San José for a coffee or dinner. When you want a livelier evening, the island’s resorts are within easy driving distance.
