The villa is reached off a small camino from one of the prettiest back roads on the island linking the San Juan Road with the village of Santa Gertrudis, and is completely secluded. It shares natural water via a well with the neighbours, although with 30000 sqm of land, they are ‘neighbours’ in the loosest sense of the word!
Nature and lush lawns surround the villa and the decked pool area. The large terrace is cool and in the Summer complimented with daybeds, a dining area and hammock. Ideally suited to families for all year round living with children at the private UK Morna International School, and/or for small groups looking for a tranquil oasis with convenient access to Ibiza’s many delights.
